Property Management Company Allows Overseas Homeowner to be Landlord

“Very early on in my thinking I thought I’d buy a house for the investment and just let it sit for a few years until I returned,” Jack said, “but then I considered buying a home to rent out.”

“The whole process to purchase a home and turn it into a rental only took about a month, all via email, e-signatures and wire transfers,” Jack said.
“At first I thought Real Property Management would be good for answering the resident’s maintenance calls and collecting the rent, but I soon found out that they took care of everything, from marketing the house to screening applicants and making rental contracts. They really took care of everything.”
And Real Property Management makes owning a rental easy for Jack, which is essential because of his location overseas. “I really like all the communication and reports I receive via email and my owner portal. I know when rent payments are made and a lot of other things,” Jack said.
Jack is very pleased with his decision to invest in a rental home.
“My brother owned a rental property and barely broke even after a four-year investment so I was really doubting myself,” Jack said. “Real Property Management found a tenant in just a couple of weeks and my investment was making money in less than a month. I wouldn’t have gone through with actually buying and renting a house without knowing about Real Property Management. By partnering with them I can be a landlord from overseas.”
